(1) Enterprises registered in Foshan City must have been registered for more than 3 years and have independent legal person status.
(2) The production address of the declared product is within the administrative area of Foshan City.
(3) Comply with national, provincial and municipal industry, energy conservation, environmental protection, quality and other policies, and obtain relevant licenses in accordance with national regulations. Actively fulfilling social responsibilities, no major quality, safety, environmental protection, health and other accidents have occurred in the past three years.
(4) The enterprise has certain brand awareness and influence, good economic benefits, and maintains a good development momentum.
(5) The declared products have high standards and quality levels, meet the corresponding Foshan standard requirements, and are listed on the National Enterprise Standard Information Public Service Platform (http://www. qybz.org.cn/) self-declaration is publicly implemented.
Among them, "Enterprises registered in Foshan City must have been registered for more than 3 years and have independent legal person status" and "the production address of the declared product is within the administrative area of Foshan City" are closely related to the region. According to the provisions of the "Notice" at that time, only ceramic companies whose company registration place and declared product production place are in Foshan can apply for Foshan standards.
For unknown reasons, the Foshan Municipal Administration for Market Regulation later issued the "Supplementary Notice of the Foshan Municipal Administration for Market Regulation on the Application Conditions for Foshan Standard Products", which stipulated that the application conditions became:
1. The applying enterprise must be an enterprise registered in Foshan City, with a registration time of more than 3 years, and an independent legal person status.
2. The production address of the declared product is within the administrative area of Foshan City, or the reporting enterprise is a headquarters enterprise, and the R&D, marketing and after-sales service of the declared product are all the responsibility of the reporting enterprise. 3. The owner of the trademark used in the declared product is an enterprise registered in Foshan City, and the owner of the trademark is the applicant enterprise or the headquarters enterprise.
Other application conditions remain unchanged.
